Inula magnifica (Giant Inula)

Jacob is at it again in the nursery.  You show him a big perennial and he is going to like it.  Maturing at 6 feet tall and nearly as wide this is a perfect plant to put in the back of the border.  Or, like Jacob would do, even in the front of the border!  You just have to put your 7 and 8 feet tall plants behind it!  Large, bold leaves have equally large and bold yellow flowers that can be nearly 6" across.  Attractive to pollinators and also a plant that can be placed in marginal or boggy areas of the garden.
