Actaea pachypoda (Doll's Eyes)

A native to the woodlands of Kentucky this plant has clusters of small white flowers that stand one to two feet about the foliage giving the entire plant when in flower a height of 2-3 feet.  The berries that form in summer give this plant its common name.  Bright white berries have a black spot on each one making them look like tiny porcelain eyeballs.
