Rudbeckia subtomentosa (Sweet Coneflower)

Beautiful yellow flowers with brown centers ban be 3 inches across.  Standing up to five feet tall this one really puts on a show in the garden.  It is very tolerant of dry spells and deer. Best in full sun.
