This species, like most Allium, spreads via underground bulbous clumps and is very easy to propagate by simply dividing those clumps. Culinary uses are endless like adding to salads, garnishing, cooking in stir fries, etc. Round yellow-white flowers give this herb an ornamental quality during the summer.
