Although Lily is in the name, this unique plant is actually in the Iris family, and its blue-green swordlike foliage presents as such. Unlike other common Iris, this species has flower stalks that produce a profusion of blooms as opposed to a single large bloom. The flowers themselves are orange with red speckling all over the petals and emerge throughout the summer.
