This is a stunning plant in the shade garden.  At maturity, massive 3 lobed leaves stand about 2 to 3' tall and can be seen from miles away.  As the leaves are starting to do their thing in late spring the flowers are strutting their stuff.  The signature "cobra" hood spathes of purple and white striping are out of this world cool looking too.  Nothing about this plant is mediocre.
