It's difficult to find plants with a pure blue flower such as this. This variety was bred to create a highly compact form that doesn't require consistent pruning. A shrub that reaches a manageable size for the home garden, this variety has whorls of small, dusty green foliage and pagoda-style flowers of a brilliant blue that show off from midsummer to early fall.
