Many of our first memories in the garden can relate back to picking vegetables with our grandparents or going to an orchard with out parents to pick apples and pumpkins. Growing food in your garden provides not only sustenance but also the ability to share your garden with family, friends, and the community. Wonderful food can be created from produce purchased at the grocery store or local farmers market but using ingredients grown in your own garden adds a whole other depth and deliciousness to your meals. Some of our edibles collection for 2022 will be included in the Trees, Shrubs, Annuals, and Beyond online plant release that will happen on Wednesday, April 6th. Make sure to check the plant list for that release which will be included in the Garden E-News on Tuesday, March 15th.
